Effective January 4, 2019, Judge Kelsey is an Associate Judge serving on the Prince George's County Circuit Court of Maryland. Previously, she enjoyed 25 years of law practice in MD and DC. In addition, she was an Adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Legal Studies Division of the University of Maryland University College Adjunct Legal Studies Professor, Maryland Real Estate Broker and Title Producer licensed to conduct real estate settlements.
